Removing a Bank Account
Updated over a week ago

If you no longer wish to use a bank account for your investments, you can easily remove it from your EquityMultiple account by following these steps:

Note: In order to remove a bank account, you must have at least two verified bank accounts linked to the same investment account. You also cannot remove a bank that is listed as the primary bank account. For further assistance, please reach out to our Investor Relations team.

Step 1: Sign into your EquityMultiple account here

If you don't remember your password, please click on "Forgot password?" and follow the steps to reset your password.

Step 2: Once you have signed in, click on your name located on the top blue bar of the web page.

Step 3: Next, select "My Accounts" from the dropdown menu.

Step 4: From here, locate the investment account from which you would like to remove a bank account.

Step 5: Click on "Edit Account" to access the account settings.

Step 6: Scroll down to the "Bank Accounts" section and click on "View All Bank Accounts" to see a list of all the bank accounts you have linked to your investment account.

Step 7: Once you have confirmed that you meet this requirement, you can click on the red "Remove" button next to the bank account you wish to remove.

Step 8: From there, the bank account will be successfully removed from your investment account.

If you need to make any other changes to your investment account or bank account settings, you can always return to the "My Accounts" section of your EquityMultiple account to make the necessary adjustments.
