The total indicated interest in each of our offerings is displayed via the status bar on the “Invest” page. Once indicated interest exceeds our total allocation, the offering goes from “Active” to “Waitlist” mode. Investors who indicate interest while a deal is “Active” reserve their place in the investment and may fund their investment up until the funding deadline. Investors who indicate interest in a waitlisted investment will be invited to participate in the deal on a first-come, first-served basis, should an allocation become available.
