Investment missing on Portfolio page
Investment missing on Portfolio page
Updated over a week ago

Investments on the Portfolio page reflect investments that have been signed for and funded by either Check, Wire, ACH - or for investors funded into earlier Alpine Note series - Rollover.

Investments will show up on the Portfolio section of the investor portal when an investor has selected a funding method for the investment on Step 3 of the investment wizard (Fund).

Note: Investments in which a contribution transaction is pending will still show up on the Portfolio page of the investor portal - investors may check if their payment has processed successfully for an investment by navigating to the investment on the Portfolio and selecting the Payment Activity tab. Contribution details and status is available by viewing the individual transaction.

Typically, investments in which an Investment Confirmation Summary is visible by clicking on an offering featured, will also be visible on the Portfolio. If you do not see an Investment Confirmation Summary on an offering in which you have invested, it is likely that the funding process was not completed, and this investment will not show up on the Portfolio page. To ensure an investment has been fully funded, please select a funding method for the investment.

Other Troubleshooting Tips:

  1. An investment that is no longer appearing in a given section (or tab) of the Portfolio page, may have exited. Exited investments will appear under the Exited tab of the Portfolio page. From the Exited tab of the Portfolio, by clicking the chevron arrows and navigating to the investment-level details, it will be possible to view information related to the investment exit, including any Activity Post notifications surrounding the exit.

  2. Financing Note (Alpine Note Series) investments that are not showing up on the Portfolio as reinvestments, may have been opted-out of reinvestment for the given cycle. To confirm whether or not your reinvestment was fully processed, please contact us by clicking the chat icon at the bottom-right hand of the screen. For more information on how to opt-out of an Alpine Note investment, click here to read up on our Opt-in/Opt-out process.

  3. Your investment was refunded, cancelled, or dropped: If you have funded an investment, and you suspect the investment was incorrectly refunded, cancelled, or dropped, please contact our Investor Relations team by clicking the chat icon at the bottom-right of the screen.
